The Attendant Side Unit of the CP-551 system features a powerful 6-watt speaker with 4-inch output and a high-fidelity amplifier for crystal-clear sound. It includes an 18-inch long gooseneck microphone for hands-free communication, offering better voice pickup and clarity. Its sturdy sheet metal power-coated body ensures durability even in high-use environments. The unit is compact (210 x 160 x 90 mm) and lightweight at 1.860 kg, making it easy to install at any counter or reception area.
